World class professional Makeup Artist Selenia, has worked with some of the most celebrated brands in the cosmetic industry. Her tremendous talent coupled with her focus on providing world-class customer service has enabled her to be booked for beauty commercials, TV, catwalk, celebrity and client events.
With over fourteen years of New York experience, Selenia brings excellence to every aspect of her work. She is a master of a wide range of looks including couture, special effects and high definition airbrush. Selenia created and had a lipstick named after her: “ Selenia’s Lips” which sold out on QVC. She has worked for some of the big brands in makeup including Shiseido, Orlane, Chanel, Mac,Christian Dior and Laura Geller. While at Laura Geller, she became their International Makeup Artist and was responsible for conducting brand presentations, training local makeup artists, producing, planning and applying makeup for QVC live shows.
Her bi-coastal experience helps her to stay on top of the latest make-up and beauty trends. Her work has been featured in Glamour, Self, Avenue, and many others. She has worked Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week shows in New York since 2009. She has been the lead makeup artist and hair dresser for the show Larry King Now (on-location shoots in New York). Selenia has done make up for CNBC, QVC and Univision. Celebrity clients include: Larry King, Bill Clinton, Christy Turlington, Melanie Grifford, Christopher Reeve, Douglas Hannant, Regis Philbin. Selenia is very excited to be serving the San Francisco Bay Area.
